Freelance Logistics Coordinator - Needed in Stockholm for Immediate Start
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Freelancer Logistics Coordinator Stockholm. The primary role will be to drive and lead logistic discussions and operations for both the hot and cold mill at our manufacturing facility. This position is critical for getting the project back on track and ensuring the efficient design and implementation of logistics systems.

- Professional Experience: Minimum of two years in logistics, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software and understanding of factory layout planning are highly desirable.
- Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership capabilities with a proven trackrecord of managing complex logistics issues.
- Availability: Must be available to work onsite in Stockholm for at least 4 days per week.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

- Lead Logistics Strategies: Direct discussions and strategies for improving logistics in the mills, ensuring the integration of efficient and sustainable practices.
- Operational Analysis: Work alongside operations and logistics teams to analyze current practices and identify areas for improvement, aiming to enhance overall productivity.
- Space Optimization: Coordinate the allocation of essential spaces such as material handling areas, parking lots, and travel routes, ensuring optimal utilization.
- BIM Implementation: Collaborate closely with project architects and engineers to incorporate logistics requirements into the BIM (Building Information Modeling) and factory layouts.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential logistic constraints and develop strategic solutions to mitigate risks, particularly focusing on phase 2 expansion outside the main building.
